Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your Christmas Nutcracker arrived broken, your Candle Holder was defective, or you received the wrong Christmas Bush, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or full refund. Please include photos in your email.
