The Returns & Exchanges Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

- Receive Instructions & RMA Number: We will respond within 1-2 business days (just like our order processing time!) with authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with your return.
- Pack Your Item Securely: Please repack the item in its original packaging, including all parts, tags, and accessories. Place the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds: Timing & Method
We aim to process refunds as swiftly as we dispatch your Christmas Lights and Advent Calendars.
- Timing: After we approve your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
- Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or your PayPal account).
- Appearance on Your Statement: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
Please note that original shipping fees (for Standard or Free Shipping) are non-refundable.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, and due to the nature of certain festive products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Christmas Candles & Fragrance Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, all candles and fragrance products are final sale once shipped.
- Personalized or Custom-Made Decorations: Any item that has been personalized or made-to-order specifically for you.
- Opened Seasonal Consumables: Such as Advent Calendar contents if the calendar has been opened.
- Items Not in Original Condition: Products that are not in their original packaging, are damaged due to customer misuse, or show signs of wear.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your Christmas Nutcracker arrived with a broken part, your Candle Holder was defective, or you received the wrong Christmas Bush, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will gladly cover the return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or full refund for you. Please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item in your email.
