While many of our items, like door decorations and some garlands, are designed for indoor/outdoor transition, we recommend checking the specific product description for usage details. Our Christmas Lights are typically labeled for indoor or outdoor use. For the longevity of your décor, we suggest bringing delicate items like figurines and floral arrangements indoors.

Where do you ship to?
We are proud to ship our holiday cheer worldwide! However, please note that delivery to some remote areas and parts of Asia may not be available. The checkout system will automatically notify you if any restrictions apply to your destination.
What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two reliable shipping methods to ensure your treasures arrive safely:
- Standard Shipping: Handled by DHL or FedEx. A flat rate of $12.95. After our 1-2 business day processing, delivery typically takes 10-15 business days. Perfect for when you need a balance of speed and value.
- Free Shipping: Handled by EMS. FREE on all orders over $50. After processing (1-2 business days), delivery typically takes 15-25 business days. Ideal for early planners and larger orders.
How long will my order take to process and arrive?
Every order is carefully prepared with love within 1-2 business days. The total delivery time depends on your chosen shipping method (see above). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Tip: For a stress-free season, we recommend ordering early, especially if you are planning for a specific holiday setup date.
